Other Details to Note

For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. Extended stays: Reservations longer than 30 nights require mandatory professional housekeeping every 30 days. The fee for each service is equal to the standard checkout cleaning fee listed for the property. Booking confirms agreement to this requirement. Your host conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventive measure, please refrain from holding the front door open for extended periods. ATLANTA CITY SHORT-TERM RENTAL ORDINANCES: It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom. Parking spaces are available at this property on the street in front of the property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner that blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
