PARKING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT Per HOA regulations, all guest vehicles must be registered to avoid towing or booting. Unregistered vehicles parked on the property or on community streets may be towed or booted without notice and at the vehicle owner’s expense. VERY IMPORTANT: Parking at this Atlanta townhome is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited street parking may be available, but it is not guaranteed. If you have more than one vehicle or need parking directly in front of the home, you may need to park nearby and walk a short distance. Please book only if this parking arrangement meets your needs. To register a vehicle, guests must complete the following: 1. The host will send you an invitation for street parking via the phone on record with the booking platform so please ensure its up to date. 2. One received, create an account using the parking registration invitation sent to the guest. 3. Complete the car profile with the following required information: * License plate number * State of registration * Vehicle make * Vehicle color Street parking authorization can be approved for up to 5 days at a time in accordance with HOA rules. For longer stays, parking invitations and authorizations may be extended upon request and approval. Parking is free but failure to properly register a vehicle or exceeding the approved parking period may result in enforcement action by the HOA, including towing or booting at the vehicle owner’s expense. Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET. If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning. You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Please note that early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date.

For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. Extended stays: Reservations longer than 30 nights require mandatory professional housekeeping every 30 days. The fee for each service is equal to the standard checkout cleaning fee listed for the property. Booking confirms agreement to this requirement. M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods.
